Larry Niece began working in the rural waste treatment area in the late 1970s, focusing on the design and installation of septic systems on Vashon Island.  Larry added septic pumping to the his offerings in 1983.  Since then the company as pumped thousands of septic tanks and has become one of Vashon’s largest exporters.
